Gun Descriptions

Designed with the Cabela's rifle experts, Nosler's M48 Western Centerfire Rifles are exclusive to Cabela's and tailored to maximum Western big-game-hunting performance. Reinforced composite stocks and aluminum bedding chassis deliver durability in lightweight packages that won't become a burden on challenging hunts. Stainless steel match-grade helical fluted barrels with removable muzzle brakes. Cerakoteâ„¢ finish delivers exceptional weather resistance so you can take on the unpredictability of high-mountain hunts. Crisp-breaking triggers are hand-tuned for consistency. Two-position rocker safety. Hinged floorplate. Contoured for compatibility with standard two-piece scope bases that would fit a Remington Model 700. Guaranteed M.O.A. accuracy when paired with recommended Nosler ammunition.

The Sako A7 has unique features that are not available in any other Sako or Tikka rifles: The special steel action is made in two sizes, S and M, and to comply with available calibers, the receiver is drilled and tapped for bases, the bolt has three locking lugs in front and a 70-degree angle for fast cycling. Furthermore, it has a polymer magazine with integral steel feeding lips to allow top loading without removing the magazine.
