Randy Dean, This pistol as configured is legal in MI. MI is fairly restriction free. This pistol is just short enough at 26". The following are prohibited: Pistols with an overall length greater than 26†o For example, check the overall length of AR / AK

Randy Dean - it is legal in MI in the present configuration, however should you install a 'stock' designed for shoulder use, you would have then changed it into a SBR. As it is now, it is a pistol, due to the brace installed.

Randy Dean, it is legal in MI since it has a Brace instead of a Shoulder Stock and is classified as a regular Pistol.
