Dale, this will ship to most states being that it is a "Black Powder" Firearm and will also ship directly to your home in most states as well.

Dale, This specific firearm is mot on the CA AGO's "Roster of Handguns Certified to Ship" to CA. Do not know why, but it is not on the eligible list.
