The bushmaster is just as good as the colt. (unless you just got to have the colt prancing pony on the side) I can highly recommend the S&W 15 sport II as that is the one I bought after looking at Colt Ruger Bushmaster and S&W

Ryan, this rifle has a 16" 4150 Chrome Moly Steel Chrome-Lined barrel with 1:9" RH twist, 6 lands and grooves.
