I have a bunch of Tulammo but it won't fire. I can't figure out why.

Tulammo et al have recessed primers and the mini-30 doesn't have a long enough firing pin to set em off. You'll have to run PPU or PRVI brass case 7.62, or Ruger's in-house 7.62
